To return your order to our warehouse please complete the online returns process and send your order to the below address. We recommend using a track and trace delivery option as we are not liable for any returns lost in transit that haven't been tracked.

I THINK MY ITEM IS FAULTY, HOW DO I GO ABOUT RETURNING IT?

If your item is faulty, or incorrect, contact us on info@satana.com.tw.
Please ensure you attach photos of the product and your order number so we can organize an assessment. In some cases, items will need to be sent back to the supplier for assessment and may take a 5-7 days to process.
 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

For all returns and exchanges, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund or exchange from the time your item has been returned to our warehouse. For exchanges, please order the item again once you receive the refund from origin order. For refunds on full priced items purchased with a credit card,you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.Refunds may take 1-3 business days to process onto the original card.
